Avenues Facilitators

Eve Cable
Eve is passionate about working with youth to help them achieve their goals and navigate Montreal’s complex healthcare, social services and employment systems. She also works as a reporter at a community newspaper and is a freelance journalist, and she enjoys sharing these skills with Avenues participants however she can.

Heather Hardie
Heather is a queer interdisciplinary visual artist, musician, and art educator based in Tiohtià:ke / Montreal. She studied Interdisciplinary Fine Arts at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Specialization in Art Education from Concordia University. For the past 13 years, she has worked as an art educator in various schools in Montreal and across Quebec. Her specialties include painting, murals, illustration & design, and mixed media sculpture.

Liam Mansfield
Liam is a Montreal-based educator and musician completing his Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning at McGill University. Since 2023, he has been teaching music, mechanics, & ELA in the EMSB Outreach network. He brings experience in community bike shop programming, music production, and hands-on learning. Outside the classroom, he writes music, repairs musical instruments & electronics, and rides bikes.
