Avenues is a Montreal-based non-profit organization that helps youth out of high school explore their opportunities using individualized, strength-based roadmaps and fostering lasting relationships with community organizations. Programming is centered on addressing the unique needs, values and strengths of each participant in the areas of well-being, education, and employment. Participation is voluntary and open to youth aged 17 to 35, not actively enrolled in secondary school, and residing in Montreal or the greater Montreal area.
